Registration and Records
In accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) the Office of Registration and Records maintains academic records for all current and former students modeling the Statement of Professional Ethics and Practice of the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers. Current students can access information about grades, schedules and their academic progress towards degree completion through JayWeb.
Located in Zug Memorial Hall, Room 210, our office strives to provide quality services and we welcome comments or suggestions in order to better serve the Campus Community.
Traditional Office Hours
8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday
Summer Hours
8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday - Thursday
8 a.m. - 2 p.m. Friday
Schedule Changes & Closures for the Spring 2012 Semester
There are NO CLASSES from March 5th through March 9th (spring break).
The College is CLOSED April 6th (Friday) and April 9th (Monday), but evening classes DO MEET on April 9th.
April 24th is Scholarship Day--NO CLASSES in the traditional program (CCEDL classes are in session).
