Head Coach: Terry Corcoran
Terry Corcoran begins his fourth season as head coach of Elizabethtown College's men's lacrosse team in 2009 as one of the winningest coaches in the history of Division III lacrosse.
Now in his 27th season overall, Corcoran has accumulated 212 victories to rank 10th all-time in Division III and sixth among active coaches. Now in his fourth season at Elizabethtown, Corcoran has a 23-23 record and two Middle Atlantic Conference semifinal appearances to his credit.
Formerly the head coach at Washington (Md.) College from 1983-94, the University of Pennsylvania in 1995 and 1996 and Skidmore College from 1997 to 2005, he has been named USILA Division III Coach of the Year in 1985 and 2005. Corcoran has coached 11 of his teams to the NCAA playoffs and produced over 60 All-Americans. Corcoran also coached the 1990 USA World Team Champions in Perth, Australia.
A three-time All-American at Hobart College, Corcoran led the Statesmen to NCAA Division II-III Championships in 1976 and 1977. In 1978, he led the nation in scoring and was chosen as the top attackman in Divisions II-III. Corcoran scored three goals in the 1978 North-South Game and was inducted into Hobart's Hall of Fame in 1992. Corcoran, a native of Corning, N.Y., was also inducted into the Corning Hall of Fame in 1984.
