Price Tier (2025-26)
The semester rate for an Independent Living Unit is $4,010, with an annual rate of $8,020. This rate includes a fully furnished, temperature-controlled living space, with no additional charges for utilities.
Key-Card Access
The houses are secured by key access and can only be entered by residents, Residence Life staff, Facilities technicians, and Campus Safety. College staff members only enter the houses to carry out their work-related duties.
