Price Tier (2025-26)
The semester rate for an Independent Living Unit is $4,010, with an annual rate of $8,020. This rate includes a fully furnished, temperature-controlled living space, with no additional charges for utilities.
Key-Card Access
The Quads are secured by key-card access and can only be entered by their residents, the environmental services team, and Campus Security. While our campus is very safe, key-card access ensures that only authorized individuals can enter.

- Floors: A–D Units: Carpet in bedrooms and common areas, tile in kitchens and bathrooms; E Units: Laminate vinyl throughout

- Laundry: Located in the central Quads commons building; no extra cost
- Kitchen: Each Quad includes a full kitchen (sink, fridge/freezer, stove/oven/microwave combo)
- Bathrooms: Each unit has one bathroom with sink, toilet, and two showers
- Internet: Wireless and wired data jacks available
- Community: Large U-shaped courtyard with grills, picnic tables, and central commons lounge
