School of Engineering and Computer Science Partnership Board

The School of Engineering and Computer Science (ECS) Partnership Board is a group of alumni, industry leaders, and professionals dedicated to supporting Elizabethtown College ECS programs.

The Role of the ECS Partnership Board

The ECS Partnership Board strengthens the bridge between Elizabethtown’s School of Engineering and Computer Science and the industries our students aim to join. Members provide insight, mentorship, and support that keep our programs relevant and our graduates ready to lead.

As a Board, we work to:

  • Build strong connections between ECS and industry partners
  • Advise on emerging technologies, workforce trends, and strategic opportunities
  • Support student learning through capstone projects, conferences, and other experiences
  • Champion ECS within professional networks and encourage investment in our students and programs

As a Board member, responsibilities include:

  • Attending twice-yearly ECS Partnership Board meetings
  • Engaging with students through events, networking nights, and capstone sponsorship
  • Providing input on curriculum and career readiness
  • Making ECS a philanthropic priority through meaningful support
  • Advocating for ECS support and partnership opportunities within companies and networks

This work reflects Elizabethtown College’s motto, Educate for Service. Through the ECS Partnership Board, we help engineer for society.
