Etown Spark

Mentoring Program

Ignite Student Potential with a Spark

The Etown Spark Mentoring Program connects second-year students in the School of Engineering and Computer Science with accomplished alumni and industry professionals. Through personalized, one-on-one mentoring relationships, Spark empowers students to develop career-ready skills, explore industry pathways, and ignite their professional potential — before they graduate.

As a proud partner of the Kern Entrepreneurial Engineering Network (KEEN), Elizabethtown College fosters innovation, creativity, and collaboration to prepare students for real-world impact. The Spark program strengthens this mission by connecting students with experienced professionals who provide guidance, expand networks, and help students build the confidence and competencies needed to succeed in engineering and technology careers.
