Our team serves both the campus community and approved external groups hosting events on campus.

Ordering Catering Services Through CaterTrax
Etown Catering can provide full-service support for your event, including delivery, setup, and on-site service. For smaller meetings or more casual gatherings, a convenient Fly Away Jay to-go option is also available through CaterTrax, offering added flexibility when full service isn’t needed. All full-service catered events must be ordered through CaterTrax using the link provided in your Event Scheduling Office (25Live) confirmation email. This ensures your event details, timing, and location are correctly aligned before catering services are requested.

Kim brings over a decade of experience in hospitality, events, and relationship-driven service to her role as Catering Manager at Elizabethtown College, which she began in September 2025. Her professional background includes event execution, menu planning, client relations, and cross-functional collaboration, with previous roles at Hershey Entertainment & Resorts and the University of Delaware. She holds a master’s degree in Hospitality Business Management and is passionate about delivering high-quality, campus-focused dining experiences.
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. A Permit to Sell or Serve Food is required for any event where food or beverages are sold or served on campus and not prepared by Elizabethtown College Dining or Catering Services. All college departments, student organizations, and external groups requesting to sell or serve non-Etown-prepared food must submit the form to Catering Services at least two weeks prior to the event date.
All catering policies, procedures, deadlines, and alcohol guidelines are outlined in the Catering Services Policies document.
CaterTrax is our new online system used to place and manage orders for catering events on campus, as well as placing pick-up to-go orders from our Fly Away Jay menu.
The direct link to place your order will be included in your 25Live confirmation email from the Event Scheduling Office.
Yes, all users must register with their Etown email address. This applies to staff, faculty, and approved student groups/clubs.

Fly Away Jay is our new, limited menu, with self-pick-up in the Jay’s Nest. It is best for small group meetings, office celebrations, and any other type of event that doesn’t require on-site catering staff support.
Visit the Fly Away Jay CaterTrax site and choose “Fly Away Jay” at the top of the site to place your order. Further training will be provided in the new year.
At this time, Fly Away Jay is for internal events only and cannot be charged to a personal account or paid via credit/debit card.
Simply bring your order confirmation with you to the register at the Jays Nest, and our staff will bring your order directly to you.
For regular catering, we require menu selections and final guest counts ten business days before your event. For Fly Away Jay, we require final orders five business days before your event.
Payment is only accepted using entertainment budget lines (00578). This is required before placing any orders (Fly Away Jay or traditional Catering).
