Class Descriptions
Aqua Fit
Aqua Fit is an energizing workout targeting every area of the body. Water is 800 times denser than air, so it provides roughly 12 times more resistance. Elevate your heart rate with cardio and strength-building exercises using buoyant equipment. Easy on the joints and no swimming required!
Bike Bootcamp
Bike Bootcamp combines cardio and strength training in one class for the ultimate workout! You will alternate your time on and off the bike with floor work using bodyweight or weights and then jump back onto the bike!
CIRCL Mobility®
Whether you're a fitness enthusiast, a busy mom, or a 9-5er, CIRCL Mobility helps you release stress, restore your range of motion, and renew your ability to move better, longer. This class will help you reduce stiffness and tension, speed up recover while improving balance, and focus and stimulate your body's nervous system to enhance muscle activation and circulation.
Circuit Training
Circuit Training gives you everything you need to deliver a varied, high intensity functional training program that engages members of every fitness level. It's designed to achieve the maximal post exercise benefits of HIIT training, developing rest aerobic and anaerobic capacity to new levels! Participants will rotate through various exercises targeting different parts of the body.
Pilates
Dive into the art of connecting mind and body. Beyond just exercise, Pilates develops a deep understanding of how breathing, focused concentration, and precise movements work together to strengthen muscles and improve flexibility. Our Pilates class will emphasize core Pilates principles like control, centering, and flow, encouraging you to sync your movements with intentional breathing for a holistic workout experience. Pound
Pound is a cardio jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums. Using Ripstix, lightly-weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercise, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out!
Power Core Express
Join our Power Core Express class for a quick, fun, and effective workout! In just 20 minutes, you'll crush a 15-minute abs and core routine that targets every angle for maximum burn. Finish with a refreshing 5-minute stretch to leave you feeling strong, flexible, and energized. Perfect for busy schedules, this class fits seamlessly into your day. Don't miss out on this high-energy blast that will tone your core and boost your confidence!
Slow Flow Yoga
Yoga classes place emphasis on physical alignment, understanding of correct anatomical movement, and various deep relaxation techniques. It increases strength, flexibility, and awareness of the body, developing more healthful movement. Relaxations techniques help with stress more effectively!
Spinning
This class is a stationary group bike ride. The instructor will take you on an imaginary road course consisting of hills, cruising, and sprinting. This is an upbeat, intense interval training class.
Spin HIIT
This class is a stationary group bike ride, that alternates between high intensity intervals and heavy hills, both in and out of the saddle, for a well-balanced ride. Each class has fun playlists with music themes to keep you on beat and having fun.
Strong Nation®
Strong Nation® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move!
Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Come to your mat to humble yourself using centering, meditation, inward reflection, and challenging postures. Allow the body and mind to cultivate compassion and pride in your practice to fulfill our shared purpose of empathy off our mats. All levels and experiences are welcomed!
Zumba®
This class is one hour of calorie burning, low and high intensity dancing. It is a total body workout combining cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, flexibility, more energy, and lots of fun!
Zumba Toning®
Zumba Toning is perfect for those who want to party but put extra emphasis on toning and sculpting to define muscles. We'll grab a pair of Zumba Toning sticks to add resistance and help you focus on specific muscle groups. This class targets arms, core, and lower body so you and your muscles stay engaged!
