Couch To 5k
Couch to 5k is a great class geared towards running. This class will get you off the couch and into your running shoes. This class focuses on proper running form, and also specific warm up and cool down techniques used in running.
Move It gives you everything you need to deliver a varied, high intensity functional training program that engages members of every fitness level. It's designed to achieve the maximal post exercise benefits of HIIT training, developing rest aerobic and anaerobic capacity to new levels!
This class is designed for two people. Bring a friend, or team up with some else in the class to get fit! The class will focus around high intensity training through the use of functional movements and strength training. Any movement in the class can be modified or changed to meet current fitness levels.
This class focuses on the art of controlled movements in order to improve flexibility, build strength, and develop endurance while using slow, controlled movements synced with music.
Pound is a cardio jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums. Using Ripstix, lightly-weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercise, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out!
This class is a stationary group bike ride. The instructor will take you on an imaginary road course consisting of hills, cruising, and sprinting. This is an upbeat, intense interval training class.
Stretching will teach you new and helpful stretches to incorporate into your workout or daily routine. This class is geared toward improving joint range of motion, athletic performance, and decrease your risk for injury.

STRONG by Zumba® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move!
Yoga classes place emphasis on physical alignment, understanding of correct anatomical movement, and various deep relaxation techniques. It increases strength, flexibility, and awareness of the body, developing more healthful movement. Relaxations techniques help with stress more effectively!
This class is one hour of calorie burning, low and high intensity dancing. It is a total body workout combining cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, flexibility, more energy, and lots of fun!
