Body Weight Blast
No weights? No problem! This class is designed to push your limits of fitness using nothing but your own body weight. This class will introduce you to creative ways to workout with no equipment!
Core conditioning is more than just doing sit-ups and crunches. This class focuses on enhancing core strength, balance, and overall fitness. This class targets various positions, stations and equipment to work front, back and oblique muscles surrounding your core.
Couch To 5k
Couch to 5k is a great class geared towards running. This class will get you off the couch and into your running shoes. This class focuses on proper running form, and also specific warm up and cool down techniques used in running.
Full Body Tabata
The Tabata method alternates between 20-second intervals performed at maximum effort and 10-second stages of rest, repeated eight times (or more!) for the ultimate exhaustive, full body workout!
Group Fit HIIT
HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time!
Move It gives you everything you need to deliver a varied, high intensity functional training program that engages members of every fitness level. It's designed to achieve the maximal post exercise benefits of HIIT training, developing rest aerobic and anaerobic capacity to new levels!
This class focuses on the art of controlled movements in order to improve flexibility, build strength, and develop endurance while using slow, controlled movements synced with music.
Pound is a cardio jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums. Using Ripstix, lightly-weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercise, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out!
This class is a stationary group bike ride. The instructor will take you on an imaginary road course consisting of hills, cruising, and sprinting. This is an upbeat, intense interval training class.
Strong By Zumba®
STRONG by Zumba® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move!
Yoga classes place emphasis on physical alignment, understanding of correct anatomical movement, and various deep relaxation techniques. It increases strength, flexibility, and awareness of the body, developing more healthful movement. Relaxations techniques help with stress more effectively!
This class is one hour of calorie burning, low and high intensity dancing. It is a total body workout combining cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, flexibility, more energy, and lots of fun!
