The Bowers Center for Sports, Fitness & Well-Being
Group Fitness
To help you achieve your fitness goals, Group Fitness Classes are provided free of charge to our students and our Etown employees. A wide variety of group fitness classes are offered to accommodate a range of skills, interests and age groups.
How to Register
Students
Group Fitness classes are free for all current students. To register for a class, you can click on the Class Registration link below, or navigate directly to the group fitness scheduling page. Once on the scheduling page, find the desired class on the calendar, click and register.
- Class registration opens one week prior (with the exception of special pop-up classes).
- Registration remains open until one minute prior to class start time. However, if there are fewer than 3 registrants 1 hour before the class, the instructor and the Senior Director have the right to cancel the class due to low attendance.
- Upon arrival to the class, instructor will check in each participant.
- Each class will have maximum number of available spots, so be sure to register in advance.
- Registration is required for each class.
- Refrain from entering a class once it has already begun.
- Attendees must arrive 5 minutes prior to class beginning to be checked in.
- If not present 5 minutes before a class begins, instructor will remove you from the list, and the spot will be filled from a waitlist.
