Labyrinth
A labyrinth is a centering path, resembling a maze, but it only has one way in and out. Labyrinths have historically been used for sacred space in hospitals, gardens and some congregations. They are open for any use, but most commonly are for walking as prayer, walking meditation, and connecting physical centering to inner centering, be it spiritual, emotional, or mental. Come explore the labyrinth at your own pace- you can stop on your lunch break.
Walking the labyrinth typically takes about 20 minutes if done at a steady pace. March’s date will be paired with a short session on using the labyrinth as a tool to navigate burnout.
The labyrinth will be setup in the Kav from 12:30-3:30 on the following dates:
- Tuesday, January 31
- Wednesday, March 1
- Wedesday, April 5
