Resources for SCAD Presenters and Mentors

Monday Night Presenters-Please contact your mentor for more information about format of presentations.
Format
- All presentations (paper presentations and posters) will be presented live during the assigned in person session. Schedule times will be posted in the program the week prior to conference.
- Paper presentations- 15 minutes long with additional 5 minutes for Q& A
- Poster Sessions
  - Posters will be displayed in Bowers Fitness center during Session 4. Please arrive 15 minutes early to set up your poster.
  - To print your posters, use the print services portal. Posters should be submitted to Print Services by April 16 to ensure they will be ready by the day of the conference.

Print Services information
- Boards to place your posters onto are 48"x48".
  - It is recommended that SCAD orders should be smaller than this size so they will fit nicely on the presentation boards.
- Orders have a 4 business days minimum turnaround time, this will give Print Services the time needed to produce all orders.
- Same day rush orders are available for an additional fee.
  - The rush fee will be 20% of the order’s total.
  - Check the rush box at the beginning of the ordering process to have that day available for rush orders.
  - All rush orders need to be submitted before 12:00 pm that day
