Notice to Internet Explorer 10 Users

Our electronic billing system is not currently compatible with Internet Explorer 10.  While the issue is being resolved, please follow the steps below to access your electronic billing account.  Alternatively, you may also utilize a different web browser.

1)      Hit the F12 key while inside Internet Explorer 10 

2)      Click on the menu bar where it says "Browser Mode: IE10".       

 3)     A drop down list will appear. Select "Internet Explorer 9" 

4)      Close the window. You can now log in normally.

Note: The setting will return to Internet Explorer 10 when you close that browser. Therefore, you will need to select Internet Explorer 9 to log in again.
