Elizabethtown College is an accredited institution and a member of the Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE or the Commission) www.msche.org. Elizabethtown College’s accreditation status is accreditation reaffirmed. The Commission’s most recent action on the institution’s accreditation status in 2019 was to reaffirm accreditation.

As a member of Middle States Commission on Higher Education and to maintain accreditation, Elizabethtown College participates in a comprehensive, evidence-based self-evaluation every eight years. Our current self-study process began Fall 2025 and will culminate in fall 2025. In spring 2028, the commission will meet to determine action regarding re-affirming accreditation.
