The Student Wellness Advocacy Group is a group of diverse students who are committed to advocating for wellness topics and creating a healthy campus culture. SWAG facilitates various campus events focused on sexual violence prevention including informative awareness campaigns, interactive educational campus programs, and events to inform students of the community support and resources that are available to them. Some examples of our programming efforts include: The Red Flag Campaign for Domestic Violence Awareness Month, The Clothesline Project for Sexual Assault Awareness Month, Let’s Talk About Consensual Sex interactive activities, RAINN Annual Day of Action, “It’s On Us” pledge promotion, and Active Bystander workshops.
