Help Desk Assistant

Description: Assist in daily operations of the Help Desk including assisting students over the phone and walk-in customers as well as on-site visits and delivery of media equipment.
Requirements: A broad range of knowledge in general operations of a computer and the ability to communicate remediation steps to the user.
Wage: $7.45 - $7.90 (depending on experience)

Diagnostic Center Technician

Description: Technicians are responsible for removing harmful applications (viruses/spyware/malware) from student computers.
Requirements: Moderate to advanced knowledge of viruses/spyware/malware and how they relate to the computer environment. Moderate to advanced knowledge of programs to remove these applications. Attention to detail is extremely important.
Wage: $7.60-$8.05 (depending on experience)
