Reset Your E-town Password

If you're having trouble accessing your E-town account, you can troubleshoot the error yourself by following these steps in the order presented.

  1. Connect to E-mail Web Access. If your password has expired, you can still log-in and will be prompted to reset it. Follow the steps in the notification, or view the step-by-step instructions in this Knowledgebase Article to reset your password.

  2. Students who are unable to connect to Web E-mail should use the JayWeb Password Management Tool. An automated response will be sent your alternate email address with a link and instructions for resetting your password.

  3. Faculty, staff, or students who can’t use the tool above, please call the ITS Help Desk 717-361-3333 or visit Nicarry 125.  The Help Desk staff can assist you by resetting your password during our staff business hours, Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.  Holiday schedules are available on the ITS hours webpage.
