Reset Your E-town Password

If you're having trouble accessing your E-town account, you can troubleshoot the error yourself by following these steps in the order presented.

  1. Connect to E-mail Web Access
If your password has expired, you can still log-in and will be prompted to reset it. Follow the steps in the notification, or view the step-by-step instructions in this knowledgebase article to reset your password.

  2. Use the Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR)
If you have previously set-up the SSPR tool, you can request a reset be sent to your registered alternate email or phone (text or call).  Step-by-step instructions for the SSPR are available in this knowledgebase article.

  3. Request a Manual Reset
If you cannot log-in to the E-mail Web Access or can't access the SSPR, the Help Desk staff can manually reset your password.  To request a password reset, please call the ITS Help Desk 717-361-3333 or visit Nicarry 125 during staff business hours, Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.  Holiday schedules are available on the ITS hours webpage.
