Virtual Events
Virtual events are the safest way to meet with colleagues and classmates. Participants can view events from the comfort of their couch, outdoor space, or their dorm bed! Examples of these kinds of programs include online video game tournaments, panels and presenters, and large group information sessions. All events, even virtual events, should be scheduled via 25Live to avoid scheduling conflicts and zoom fatigue.
If your event is a public event that anyone can partake in, you can add the Zoom link to the description of your 25Live event request (don't worry if you don't have one when you initially submit - simply email the Scheduling Office and ask us to add the link to your event).
Want to promote your event, but not have the links open to the public? Use the description box to enter in RSVP information! Individuals can email you or a group email and request access to your event. You have the power to monitor who is able to view and participate in your event!
Here is a step by step guide on scheduling virtual events in 25Live.
