Myer Residence Hall

Myer Hall opened in 1957 and was named after Elizabeth Myer, one of the original and most-loved faculty members on campus.  Myer is located in the Dell Community.   Over the summer of 2017 the restrooms were completely renovated and updated to individual bathroom units.  Each private unit consists of a shower, toilet, and sink. These "pod-style" restroom clusters are located on each floor.  During the summer of 2018 Myer is seeing a complete refresh with new paint and flooring throughout, new lounge furniture, as well as a new game room and TV room.

Myer is a co-ed building that houses 130 men and women.  First year students who are placed in Myer will receive a roommate of the same sex.

Each floor has a center lounge which affords students more opportunities to gather together. The building is air conditioned with window units in each room. Window units are installed during spring break and removed during fall break.  Laundry and vending are located in the building. The main lounge has a wireless hot spot for student internet use and each room is equipped with high speed internet access. The large first-floor lounge and community kitchen allows students a large space to gather, socialize, and study.
